INFORMATION FOR PARENTS AND PERFORMERS
The SAYM Team are all very excited about the forthcoming City Hall Concerts! The arrangements are quite different to our normal Saturday morning rehearsal schedule so please take some time to check the relevant information for the various ensembles across the weekend. We wouldn’t want you to miss the concert or buy the wrong tickets.
We know that the weekend can be quite a commitment for SAYM families but this is a fantastic celebration of youth music making not to be missed and a wonderful opportunity for our young musicians to perform in a great concert venue. We believe that however large the group every player has an important role to play so we hope everyone can take part in this special occasion!

Concert Dress
SAYM logo polo shirts (available from St Edmund’s and St Martin’s on Saturday mornings), black skirt/trousers and black shoes please. If you need to buy a polo shirt they are available on any Saturday morning both at St Edmund’s and St Martin’s.
Help on the day

St Edmund’s – There are no rehearsals at St Edmund’s. To allow all groups a chance to ‘acclimatise’ to the City Hall over the weekend the following groups will rehearse at the City Hall (SP2 7TU) on Saturday in preparation for their concert.

For all concerts
Please arrive 10 minutes before your rehearsal time. There will be supervised ‘rest areas’ for our young musicians during the rehearsal phases of the day and seating in the hall during the concerts. Please bring something to eat and drink if needed.
