Salisbury Concert Bands 20th Anniversary Concert with SAYM Junior and Youth Choirs
Rehearsals – Saturday 6 December at Wyvern St Edmund’s – 09:00 – 10:00 Junior Choir / 11:00 – 12:00 Youth Choir and Junior Choir
We are really hoping that Junior Choir young musicians can make it to the session together with Youth Choir on Saturday 6 December at 11:00. This will be in addition to the usual 9.00 session on the 6th. We know that there can be complicated Saturday logistics but if you can make it work it would be most appreciated and help to ensure that we have a fantastic performance at the City Hall.
Concert Day – Sunday 7 December at Salisbury City Hall
Both choirs should arrive at the City Hall for a 12:30 for a rehearsal together and later with the bands, they will be met at the entrance by members of the SAYM team. Young musicians will be supervised during their time at the City Hall with allocated seating in the auditorium for the concert.
Concert Dress (please arrive already in concert dress)
Youth Choir – All black
Junior Choir – black or grey trousers/skirt and white top
It would be a good idea to bring food/snack and a drink. Also, perhaps something to read/ do just in case there is a little bit of time between the rehearsal and the concert. Young musicians will stay in the building between the rehearsal and the concert.
The performance should finish no later that 4.30pm and tickets are available here
