Salisbury Young Musicians (SAYM) has been in existence for over 30 years. It provides a great way for young people to perform together in a friendly environment, where the emphasis is on fun just as much as achievement. A wide range of groups, bands and ensembles cater for all levels of musicianship. We give concerts throughout the year, and organise trips and events to stimulate and improve everyone’s musical ability.

Legal status

SAYM is administered through a society called the Friends of Salisbury Area Young Musicians (FSAYM), which is also a registered charity, number 1129482.  The corporate trustee of the Charity, FSAYM Ltd, is a company limited by guarantee and registered at Companies House number 09668609.  The Directors of FSAYM Ltd form the committee responsible for the administration of the society. Further information, including annual reports and accounts, and a list of the Directors, can be found on the Charities Commission website.
