Start The Music! – Group 1
Start the Music! is a practical and engaging music programme that is specifically designed to provide a fun and interactive introduction to music-making for the youngest members of SAYM. Children learn musical skills and concepts such as pitch, pulse and rhythm through enjoyable activities including singing, games, movement and playing percussion instruments.

Start The Music! – Toddlers
Our toddler music classes with Emily Askew will use a mixture of singing, signing, percussion, puppets, sensory lights and dancing with and without backing tracks as well as using real live instruments. Over the term this will include violin, viola, cello, bagpipes, dulcimer, shawm, recorders, flute, whistle, ukulele, bouzouki, guitar, harp, percussion and accordion!
The subscription fee for this class applies to those age 1+
